Overview

The Senior Analyst, Inventory Product Specialist will support the sale, installation, and monitoring of Cardinal Health products and services, providing education to facilitate technology adoption and workflow change management.

In Short

• Manage customer onboarding and drive solution Go-Live.
• Coordinate with stakeholders prior to Go-Live.
• Prepare customers for Go-Live with training and support.
• Provide remote/on-site training during Go-Lives.
• Enable sales consultation with Independent Sales Force.
• Own ISF training for IO solution selling.
• Assist in identifying optimization opportunities.
• Work with minimal direction as an independent self-starter.
• Adapt to changing customer needs.
• Apply problem-solving skills to technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to travel ~25%.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly adaptable to change.
• Ability to work in gray areas.
