Admission Director - Remote

Overview

The Admission Director is responsible for marketing Caraday Healthcare’s services to various community entities, developing strategies to increase patient admissions, and coordinating the admissions process.

In Short

• Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies for admissions.
• Coordinate the admissions process and obtain necessary documentation.
• Generate referrals through networking with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain community visibility and attend networking programs.
• Facilitate education programs in community settings.
• Track and report weekly contacts with referral sources.
• Coordinate special events and marketing opportunities.
• Implement a marketing plan to expand agency business.
• Participate in team conferences to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to guidelines of “Residents Rights” and assure resident safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years minimum equivalent work experience.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Clear communication skills and ability to hear well.
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
