Overview

The Market Intelligence Associate at Capstone Partners will conduct research and author outbound market intelligence reports that are essential for business development and brand recognition.

In Short

• Conduct research on M&A transactions
• Analyze economic trends impacting M&A
• Write and publish research reports and articles
• Lead primary research projects
• Collaborate with banking teams
• Copy edit and proofread reports
• Attend trade shows for industry knowledge
• Coach junior team members
• Assist senior team members on initiatives
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, English, or Business
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work on multiple projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Capital IQ, FactSet, and Pitchbook is a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
