CapsLock develops long-term, performance-driven marketing solutions for leading partners in the home improvement industry. We’re currently seeking a Video Editor / Film Maker to join our CRO team and bring digital ad content to life across multiple platforms.

In Short

• Develop creative video ads from concept to final delivery.
• Craft clear storylines and narrative structures tailored to platform and audience.
• Edit and enhance videos using dialogs, graphics, music, sound design, and visual effects.
• Deliver polished final cuts optimized for performance and advertising goals.
• Experiment with editing techniques and tools to continuously improve output quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment.
• Track and apply video trends, formats, and viral content features in your work.
• Support additional creative or operational tasks as assigned by your manager.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise.
• 1+ year of experience in video editing or post-production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other desktop-based editing tools.
• Skilled in video rhythm, sound, transitions, color correction, typography, and effects.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.
• Hands-on experience with video formats for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Solid understanding of viral video trends and platform-specific features.
• Comfortable testing different creative approaches and reviewing performance analytics.
• Experience using AI tools in the video production workflow.
