Overview

The Project Manager at Capital Blue Cross is responsible for managing large multi-faceted projects or multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Visio).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of insurance industry is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications (PMP, SCRUM) preferred.
• Experience in change management leadership desired.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
