Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and ensure the high quality of our software systems across both the frontend and backend. You will play a key role in designing and executing test strategies, validating third-party integrations, and improving overall platform performance and reliability.

In Short

• Act as the main point of contact for project partners throughout all phases: scoping, implementation, delivery, and ongoing collaboration
• Plan and drive projects end-to-end using Agile and, where appropriate, classic methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate project meetings and status updates
• Prioritize and communicate stakeholder requirements to Product and Engineering teams
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation with consistent quality
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes
• Use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and report status

Requirements

• Proven experience managing software or IT projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
