Overview

As an Oversight Supervisor (MCC Coach), you will play a crucial role in mentoring and supervising team members in achieving their APA qualifications in General Insurance while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Mentor and supervise advisors and team coaches toward MCC accreditation.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Ireland’s Minimum Competency Code.
• Assist team members with complex queries and early-stage complaints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, and Reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain a strong risk culture and robust control environment.
• Report to the Service Delivery Manager.
• Travel within and outside Ireland (up to 30%).
• Work in a hybrid model based in Little Island.

Requirements

• APA in General Insurance (CIP or QFA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CF1 or CF7 leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and call centre operations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills.
• A flexible, resilient mindset with a keen eye for detail.
