Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work to stringent SLAs and KPIs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Methodical with attention to detail
• Proactive attitude with ambition for role development
