Data Analyst/Lead - Remote

Overview

Capio Group is looking for an experienced Data Analyst/Lead to work as part of a team to provide Information Technology support to the client services that are currently supported by multiple client systems that duplicate data and functionality in silos preventing cross-analysis and lacking the support of modern work automation tools for facilitating process improvement.

In Short

• Full-time position with remote work flexibility.
• Salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year.
• Support the organization by translating business initiatives into analytical questions.
• Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses on complex datasets.
• Create visualizations and reports using business intelligence applications.
• Define data quality needs and implement monitoring solutions.
• Hold requirements meetings with clients to develop data visualization requirements.
• Assess existing data security processes and recommend improvements.
• Provide continuous support for data visualization and script development.
• Lead standardization of data to align with data roadmaps.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience as a data analyst or in related disciplines.
• Experience in electronic data analytics, design, visualization, and programming.
• Experience supporting large scale & complex IT systems.
• Experience leading standardization of data.
• Experience working with Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, IT, or Engineering field.
• References from previous engagements of similar size and scope.
• Experience with data roadmaps and strategic planning.
