Overview

The Agile Product Manager maximizes the delivery of value to customers in the shortest sustainable lead time, identifying business and customer needs, prioritizing program level work, and guiding this work through the process Program Kanban.

In Short

• Develops and maintains the program vision aligning with business objectives.
• Responsible for the program roadmap illustrating feature implementation.
• Acts as the internal voice of the customer for the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Engages in continuous exploration through customer interaction and market research.
• Leads and collaborates cross-functionally with various teams.
• Provides strategic oversight to direct reports including Product Owners and Analysts.
• Manages the flow of complex work through the program Kanban.
• Maintains accountability for content decisions and release management.
• Participates in biweekly System Demos and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
