Overview

The Analytics & Testing team has a broad scope supporting the entire Direct Business Unit. We build reporting, analyze data, run tests, and measure results. Our stakeholders who we support include Brand Media, Performance Marketing, Farmers.com, FFQ online quoting, Direct sales, Customer Retention, and many others. We take data, visualize it in clear formats so that stakeholders can take action off of it, and measure outcomes.

In Short

  • The primary focus of this role will be to support our Brand Media and Performance Marketing teams.
  • The analyst will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.
  • They will design and execute A/B tests to validate marketing strategies, with a key focus on interpreting results and presenting findings to leadership.
  • It will be important for this role to provide actionable recommendations and insights.
  • This role must have experience using MMMs (aka "marketing mix model" or "media mix model") to measure campaign effectiveness, generate scenarios, and optimize media plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of marketing mix modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
