• Assists in planning and assigning tasks to junior System Analysts.
• Participates in understanding business requirements and processes.
• Leads team interactions with developers to understand software limitations.
• Ensures compliance with organization’s technology standards.
• Validates test results during testing and analyzes testing results.
• Coaches and transfers knowledge to all team members.
• Investigates, resolves, and escalates problems from production issues.
• Identifies need for technical assistance for problem resolution.
• Makes recommendations for modifications to increase effectiveness.
• Analyzes technology trends to determine impact on business goals.

Requirements

• University education and degree (preferably business or IT related).
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing position.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Experience working in a scrum environment.
• Knowledge of multiple development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
