Overview

Capco is a global management and technology consultancy focused on delivering business consulting, digital transformation, and technology services to Finance and Energy markets. We are looking for a Poland-based candidate for a hybrid work mode with an office located in Warsaw.

In Short

• Design and develop JAVA Services and REST APIs
• Deliver quality implementations within budget and time constraints
• Take ownership of core Java components
• Propose designs to improve application performance
• Ensure good unit test coverage and code quality
• Monitor and fix security issues
• Support testing activities
• Prepare for releases and provide support
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions
• Mentor new Java developers

Requirements

• Expertise in Core Java (JDK 11/17)
• Strong experience with OOP and Design Patterns
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework
• Proficiency in unit testing tools
• Experience with OLTP and OLAP systems
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus
