Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

Capco is a global management and technology consultancy focused on delivering business consulting, digital transformation, and technology services to Finance and Energy markets. We are looking for a Poland-based candidate for a remote position that may require some trips to Warsaw.

In Short

• Design, implement, and manage DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and automated deployments.
• Oversee system operations, including containerization and cloud deployments.
• Automate infrastructure processes like configuration management and security scans.
• Lead system migrations and evaluate new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Promote DevOps innovation and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps or software engineering.
• Strong in scripting (Linux Shell, Groovy) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Knowledge of authentication frameworks and REST API development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
