Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree and theoretical knowledge or initial practical experience in risk management projects (ICAAP, ILAAP, MaRisk)
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially in the area of CRR, CRD, SREP, ICAAP, MaRisk
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting legal texts (source: BaFin, ECB, etc.)
• Passion for risk management topics in the financial services industry from conception to implementation
• Team player with excellent communication, analytical, and conceptual skills
• Initial experience in the design and execution of stress tests
• Initial experience in specifying regulatory requirements from the perspective of functionality, processes, data, and IT, including coordination with providers and departments, and managing implementation among various stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English, very good MS Office skills, and unrestricted mobility in the (inter)national area
