Overview

cBEYONData is looking for a consultant with financial management experience, along with in-depth knowledge of financial and payroll transaction management. Our consultants work closely with our clients to understand the mission and strategic objectives to illustrate how the systems support their business needs.

In Short

• Understand Army financial management with emphasis on payroll management.
• Conduct complex analyses regarding civilian payroll.
• Provide recommendations on external defense civilian payroll system guidance.
• Review and interpret laws, policies, regulations, and directives.
• Develop courses of action to mitigate risks.
• Conduct research to identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Ability to be on-site 100% of the time at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia.
• Active Top Secret security clearance strongly preferred.
• Experience in DoD Financial Management and civilian payroll operations.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a changing environment.
• Experience in reconciling financial records.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of three years of experience in financial management.
• Customer service-oriented personality.
