In Short

• Facilitate and coordinate all structured team ceremonies, planning cadences, and delivery reporting.
• Track and report team and department-wide capacity.
• Ensure consistent hygiene and quality of work items in the work management tool.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Way of Working.
• Promote consistency in delivery practices across teams.
• Support team leads and managers in aligning priorities.

Requirements

• Junior profile: Less than 5 years of experience.
• Dutch & English language proficiency.
• Structured and proactive in coordination and follow-up.
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities.
• Creative and pragmatic mindset to support WoW evolution.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
