Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Big Data Administrator/Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Hadoop administration and expertise in automation tools like Ansible, shell scripting, or Python scripting. This role focuses on managing and engineering Big Data solutions across multiple open-source platforms.

In Short

• Administer and manage Hadoop clusters for high availability and performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Hadoop ecosystem components.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for Big Data infrastructure.
• Develop and automate scripts using Ansible, Shell scripting, or Python.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Big Data administration and DevOps practices.
• Proficient in managing Kafka, HBase, and Spark.
• Strong experience with automation tools like Ansible and Python.
• Solid understanding of DevOps concepts including CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
