Overview

The Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading projects focused on modernizing legacy systems and implementing AI solutions within the financial services sector.

• Support the expansion of the tech delivery center focused on legacy modernization and AI.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic project management and advising clients at the executive level.
• Strong background in software development and legacy system modernization.
• Practical knowledge in developing microservices, Java, Python, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with mainframe technologies and programming languages like COBOL and PL/1 is a plus.
• Innovative, analytical, and hands-on mentality.
• Team player with enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
