Overview

As a Business Analyst at Capco, you will work closely with customers and the Development team to analyze, capture, and prioritize requirements for new customer experience initiatives, guiding clients to achieve desired outcomes.

• Gather, define, and prioritize project requirements in collaboration with clients.
