• Lead Planning based on Company-wide processes with Engineering leads and Product Managers.
• Fully understand the technical solution and facilitate discussions with Engineering teams.
• Manage delivery of large cross-functional programs with high complexity.
• Track and report on the progress of programs and projects.
• Build strong relationships with leadership and Engineering teams.
• Facilitate continual improvement rituals for product development and engineering teams.
• Drive delivery and unblock teams to achieve timely outcomes.
• Lead Delivery processes to promote excellence and improve collaboration.
• Manage technical dependencies across Groups and Supergroups.
• Hold team members accountable to their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of TPM experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of leading complex programs and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Deep understanding of Agile software development principles.
• Experience with core Cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Strong knowledge of system design, microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and Cloud Security.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
