Overview

As an experienced HR Business Analyst, you’ll help us realise our vision by focusing on the processes, ways of working, technology and data that enable our People Group to deliver seamless experiences for Canvanauts across the globe.

In Short

• Partner with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
• Translate assumptions and ambiguity into clear requirements.
• Be part of project delivery from coordination to complex systems implementations.
• Document processes to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Create test plans and scenarios from requirements.
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and People Group stakeholders.
• Manage complexity and ambiguity in evolving work environments.
• Think strategically to navigate complexities as Canva scales.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in complex HR projects, including Workday.
• Strong understanding of the HR Technology landscape.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Systems thinking mindset to connect processes, people, and platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Solutions-oriented with attention to detail.
