• Seeking an experienced Corporate Controller with a strong background in accounting and financial reporting.
• Lead the preparation and oversight of all financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee the revenue reporting team and support their analysis and accounting for all online and enterprise revenue.
• Manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs and ensure internal controls are effective.
• Oversee treasury function, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Supervise global payroll function ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Partner with Sales Operations to build a sales compensation team.
• Oversee the company’s Global Spend team for cost-effective purchasing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Drive processes and systems to support strategic growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in accounting or finance with understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Significant experience with SOX compliance and internal audit practices.
• Experience with both private and large-scale public companies.
• Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of treasury management and financial operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Exposure to international financial operations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
