Requirements

• 5+ years of recent mortgage underwriting experience (FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond).
• Active DE (CHUMS) and SAR/LAPP designations are required.
• High level of comfort with modern automated underwriting systems (DU/LP/GUS).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet production standards in a fluid environment.
