Xactly Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

Canidium is seeking a skilled Xactly Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Xactly suite solutions for our enterprise clients. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert, guiding clients through the complexities of sales performance management (SPM) automation while ensuring high-quality technical execution and seamless system integration.

In Short

• Lead discovery sessions to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for Xactly Incent.
• Design and build end-to-end solutions in the Xactly environment.
• Execute system integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Evaluate existing Xactly instances and implement process improvements.
• Manage the transition to production environments and provide post-deployment support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing consulting role.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
