SAP APM Insurance Analyst / Consultant - Remote

In Short

• Gather customer requirements and implement SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) cloud software.
• Analyze, problem solve, and configure cloud software solutions.
• Work remotely and manage multiple projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Commit to customer success.
• Participate in customer discovery and technical discussions.
• Document detailed customer requirements for implementation projects.
• Implement and maintain commission plans and operations workflows.
• Develop and execute system and user acceptance test plans.
• Continuing development of SQL and SAP APM configuration skills.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business, or related degree.
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise SaaS software.
• Daily use of SQL and scripting languages (Groovy, Python, JavaScript).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Benefits

• Salary range of $60,000 - $90,000.
