Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist - Carolinas Rehab Telehealth - Remote

Overview

This position is a remote position, supporting our Pediatric patient population.

In Short

• Provides patient evaluation and care planning for speech-language pathology.
• Delivers patient care appropriate to age specific and other population needs.
• Provides clinical leadership.
• Assesses and documents patient's medical, mental and emotional needs.
• Acts as patient advocate and treats patients and families with compassion.
• Demonstrates clinical reasoning and skills for accurate assessments.
• Identifies normal course of illness and intervenes when necessary.
• Communicates patient information and documents actions and plans.
• Provides clinical leadership and mentoring.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• NC license for Speech Language Pathology required.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.
• Physical ability to lift patients and equipment as required.
• Ability to demonstrate appropriate exercises and activities to patients.
