EDI Analyst - Remote

Overview

The EDI Analyst will identify, coordinate, and resolve transmission and rejection errors for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) billed customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues to facilitate automatic payments.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Collections, Dispute Resolution, or Finance.
• Knowledge of various EDI platforms.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Oracle.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
