Overview

The Strategic Communications Advisor role provides advanced writing and editing skills in support of a broad range of internal and external communication initiatives, including the development of medico-legal advice and risk management articles, CEO messages, and speeches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism
• 5 years of experience in communications roles
• Experience producing high-quality copy for multiple channels
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and leaders
• Knowledge of style guides and corporate style application
• Experience executing communication strategies
• Experience in an association with national focus
• Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system is an asset
