Overview

As an RFx Manager at Camunda, you will drive the end-to-end proposal process for our SaaS and On-Premise solutions, ensuring that every RFP, RFI, and questionnaire tells Camunda’s story clearly and competitively.

In Short

• Lead and manage the full RFx lifecycle (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
• Serve as the administrator of Loopio and maintain content libraries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Security teams.
• Proofread and refine responses for clarity and accuracy.
• Facilitate review sessions with stakeholders.
• Track, analyze, and report on RFx activity and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience managing RFP/RFx/RFI processes in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with RFP tools and Salesforce automation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
