Program Director, Legal Studies - Remote

Overview

The Legal Program Director provides academic and strategic leadership for Campus’s Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies and the development of future-forward legal degree and certificate programs.

• Lead the vision and direction of Campus’s legal programs.
• Ensure alignment with ABA requirements.
• Develop innovative certificate and degree pathways.
• Create and manage an industry advisory board.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with law firms and employers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to elevate the program's national reputation.
• Recruit, hire, and support faculty and teaching assistants.
• Serve as the program-level point of contact for student concerns.
• Monitor enrollment, retention, and completion data.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ABA standards.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Direct experience with ABA accreditation and compliance.
• 5+ years of experience in higher education.
• Demonstrated success in curriculum development.
• Experience managing faculty and instructional teams.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
