In Short

• Lead Product Design on cross-functional product squads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product design.
• Experience in embedded, cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile product design for iOS and Android.
• Portfolio showcasing mobile product design work.
• Mastery of Figma, Prototyping, and Miro.
• Experience with user testing and research techniques.
• Familiarity with Lean UX and growth hacking.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Open to remote candidates, preferably in Cambridge, MA or Seattle, WA.
