ERA/EFT Enrollment Specialist - Remote

Overview

The ERA/EFT Enrollment Specialist will manage the automated receipt of payments and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) from payers, ensuring accurate billing and payment information is maintained.

In Short

• Review incoming payments for EDI, ERA, and EFT eligibility.
• Create and follow up on enrollment requests.
• Communicate with clearinghouse for enrollment issues.
• Monitor billing and payment data for updates.
• Execute payer-specific procedures for billing updates.
• Assist payments department in obtaining missing EOBs.
• Identify payments needing additional documentation.
• Coordinate with payers for reprocessing EOBs.

Requirements
