The Project Manager I, CORE role supports the administration of the California CORE Project by ensuring compliance with CARB’s grant agreement, optimizing voucher processing workflows, and enhancing stakeholder education and engagement. This role streamlines data management, reporting, and project operations using tools like Salesforce and JIRA, while also assisting with program communications, content management, and industry collaboration to drive the adoption of zero-emission off-road equipment in California.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in a technical environment.
• 3+ years of Salesforce user experience and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills for data and workflow analysis.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail in data reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
