Calm is on a mission to support everyone on every step of their mental health journey. We are hiring a Core Services Product Manager to drive the development of Calm’s Subscription Services and foundational platform features.

In Short

• Lead the development of Calm’s subscription systems.
• Create flexible subscription models for DtC and B2B markets.
• Build systems supporting global pricing and tax compliance.
• Ensure seamless user experience for subscription flows.
• Oversee secure user authentication and access management.
• Enhance content delivery platform for diverse users.
• Collaborate with product teams to align services with business goals.
• Use metrics and feedback to inform feature development.
• Act as the advocate for subscription services within Calm.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining clear communication.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of subscription systems and billing platforms.
• Proven ability to design consumer and enterprise solutions.
• Experience using analytics tools for decision making.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated project management abilities.
• Business acumen for strategic planning.
