Sales & Design Consultant - Remote

Overview

Sales and Design Consultants meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in our custom products and services. They provide design advice, take measurements, and help guide the client from their first consultation through California Closets' professional installation. Our team has been transforming closets, garages, pantries, wine bars, guest rooms with Murphy Beds, laundry rooms and more for 25 years. We are looking for self-motivated, driven, direct sales orientated individuals to deliver a superb, interactive in-home customer experience that achieves our growth plan to East Tennessee!

Requirements

• Commitment to learning California Closets' Facilitative Sales process
• 2+ years of outside sales experience
• Good driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Background in interior design or home décor
• Ability to create inspiring customer experiences
• Advanced knowledge of basic computer software and/or CAD software
• Experience measuring closet systems, cabinetry, or similar products
