Overview

Our client is building a modern financial infrastructure platform and is looking for a Head of Operations / Senior Operations professional to manage day-to-day production operations and coordinate with the platform team.

In Short

7–10+ years of experience in operations within fintech, payments, FX, banking, or financial infrastructure
Strong background in operational processes for clearing, settlement, reconciliations, and custody/liquidity
Comfortable working closely with IT and using monitoring tools
Good understanding of fiscal and accounting implications
Experience with production support processes and incident management
Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with process improvement capabilities
Coordinate daily operations and monitor platform health
Oversee fiscal and accounting control related to operations
Act as senior contact for production incidents and technical collaboration

Requirements

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience in incident handling and technical collaboration
Ability to train and mentor junior operations staff
Experience in change and configuration management
Strong analytical skills for operational metrics
