Overview

As a senior full stack engineer on our Growth team, you will work on high-impact experiments that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for millions of users at Calendly.

In Short

Work on full-stack experiments end-to-end.
Improve key growth metrics.
Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
Scale experimentation platform and growth infrastructure.
Make engineering tradeoffs for speed and quality.
5+ years of software development experience required.
Experience with SOA/microservices and modern frameworks.
Passion for creating intuitive software solutions.
Work authorization in the USA is required.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and processes.

Requirements

5+ years of professional Software Development experience at a SaaS or technology company.
Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) / microservices.
Significant experience with Rails, Node, or comparable web frameworks.
Hands-on experience with React or similar front-end libraries.
A passion for creating intuitive software solutions.
Strive to produce clean and maintainable code.
Authorization to work lawfully in the USA.
