Requirements

• 8+ years in backend development and API architecture.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing integration teams.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or blockchain environments.
• Proficient in RESTful API design and management platforms.
• Knowledge of crypto protocols and Web3 integrations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with Sharia-compliant finance is a plus.
• Experience with banking systems and Open Banking APIs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
