The Growth Program Manager - Revenue & Strategic Initiatives will drive key growth initiatives across Cain Watters & Associates, translating high-level priorities into actionable plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or program management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
• Familiarity with go-to-market and revenue-related initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for status reporting and risk management.
