Overview

Cadence is building a remote care delivery system that keeps older people healthy, out of the hospital, and at home, by pairing each patient with a dedicated clinical team. We are seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to help design, operate, and scale our cloud infrastructure.

In Short

Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure.
Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Improve development velocity and system reliability.
Maintain and mature core services on Kubernetes.
Implement Terraform-based IaC and improve observability practices.

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of observability tools like Datadog.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in healthcare or a regulated industry.
