Overview

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and systems administration while working remotely.

In Short

  • Join the Service Desk team on the F3I program.
  • Assist in providing remote support for network and desktop issues.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in IT support and systems administration.
  • Basic understanding of network technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP).
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Interest in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
  • Knowledge of information security practices.
