Overview

This role involves moderating live group discussions for National Guard/Reserve members and their families, providing social support and facilitating peer connections.

In Short

Part-time, contract position (2-10 hours a month)
Duration of 6 months with a minimum commitment
Facilitate bi-weekly, 60-minute virtual peer support groups
Work remotely using email, Slack, and the Cabana platform
Moderate discussions on topics relevant to military families
Identify and provide feedback on group topics
Arrive on time for scheduled live groups
Not a therapy role, focused on social support
Experience in coaching or wellness preferred
Opportunity to choose available time blocks

Requirements

Experience moderating groups
Training in coaching, wellness, or stress management
Ability to facilitate discussions thoughtfully
Strong communication skills
Commitment to a bi-weekly schedule
