Overview

NORESCO is seeking a Codes Project Manager III to execute major project deliverables within the Building Codes and Standards team, focusing on energy efficiency and compliance in the building industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years in the building industry, preferably energy efficiency.
• 2+ years experience with the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of energy codes and standards.
• Ability to deliver technical content to diverse audiences.
• Experience with architectural design processes.
• Familiarity with design tools like Revit and InDesign is a plus.
