The Client Services Coordinator at C3 plays a vital role in supporting client managers and ensuring smooth operations in managing business insurance accounts.

• Support one or more Client Managers on a designated book of business.
• Issue proofs of insurance and prepare summary of insurance for renewals.
• Process endorsement transactions and document them in the management system.
• Provide invoices and statements to clients, ensuring timely payments.
• Review and deliver premium audits to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication records.
• Gather documentation needed for new and renewal marketing.
• Enter claims data into management systems.
• Adhere to quality management program expectations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience with increasing responsibility.
• Good understanding of insurance terminology and broker functions.
• Active P&C license preferred; college degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems logically.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to pursue further insurance designations.
