The Certificate Specialist contributes to C3’s success by managing various insurance-related tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.

• Understanding contractual language and insurance endorsements.
• Supporting Client Managers or Executives on a designated book of business.
• Issuing proofs of insurance and gathering necessary documentation.
• Entering data for quotes into carrier systems.
• Preparing summaries of insurance for reviews.
• Processing endorsement transactions and documenting in management systems.
• Reviewing policies and audits for accuracy.
• Providing invoices and managing accounts receivables.
• Maintaining communication files per company policy.
• Adhering to the Quality Management Program expectations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of industry experience.
• Good understanding of insurance terminology and functions of insurance brokers.
• Active P&C license.
• Willingness to pursue advanced insurance designations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems logically.
• Clarity and precision in presenting results.
