In Short

  • Act as the primary contact for small group clients.

  • Maintain accurate client files and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client management.
  • Active Life & Health license.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in technology and quick learning ability.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Insurance designation preferred but not required.
  • College degree is a plus.
