Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current LPN license required.

• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Preferred: Phlebotomy certification or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Six months of LPN experience.
• Experience in outpatient or physician office settings preferred.
