Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current Massachusetts nursing license.
  • BLS certification required upon hire.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months.
  • Preferred experience in emergency or psychiatric nursing.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and respectful environment.
  • Commitment to quality improvement practices.
  • Reliable attendance is essential.
