Property Manager - Remote

Overview

The Property Manager is responsible for managing properties, ensuring compliance with management policies, and leading property staff to meet client goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred or in process.
• Possess a real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team of professionals.
• Experience analyzing and negotiating leases.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
